MOTION
- Everything is slow and soft: 200-260ms ease-out for lifts, 180ms for tab pills
- Blob drift runs 14-20s with linear easing, paused entirely under prefers-reduced-motion
- Entrance is a 12px rise with a 60ms stagger per surface; no bounce, no spring

TECHNICAL
- React, Tailwind CSS, restyle shadcn/ui — keep the radius and the deep shadow, drop the default gray. One homepage route.
DON'Ts
- No hard-edged linear gradient with a visible seam, no banding, no neon saturation
- No text sitting directly on the color — every word lives on a white surface
- No glassmorphism: do not blur the card, blur the background instead
- Do not use more than three blob colors. Do not put the blobs on top of the content
- Do not output only a headline plus two empty cells. Do not clone one card as the whole page
